Event 1: Wheel Running

Details: During event time, rotate lucky wheel by spending lucky gold will be able to obtain big reward.
Notice:
1. Lucky wheel runs, player will have a possibility to obtain the following items:
Taurus*Chopper Token,Advanced Recruit Card,Top Recruit Card,Advanced Explore Card,
Top Explore Card,Seastone,Pirate Card,Surprise Gem Chest,Demon Seed,Rare Nutrition ,
Expert Training Card,Speed Card,Elitie Devil Fruit Cheat,Beli
2. Each roll of lucky wheel will receive extra 1 to 10 point random navigation value, and could be accumulated to following tiers for claiming corresponding reward.
100 navigation value, could claim Top Recruit Card *1;
200 navigation value, could claim Legendary Companion *1;
300 navigation value, could claim Luxury Gem *1;
400 navigation value, could claim Taurus*Chopper Token *1.
Notice:
1. Each roll of Lucky Wheel will cost one Lucky Gold, 10 rolls will cost nine Lucky Golds;
2. Big wheel will get a score every time, every 100 points to get the bonus. (bonus points can be gotten repeat).
